A board of directors elected by the membership controls the organization. Each member has a vote for the directors of the board.
Board members are elected to four-year terms. The current directors are:
District 1 ℱ– Includes all service area in Harrison and Scott County.
District 2 ꧂– Bound on the east by Interstate 75. Bound on the south starting at I-75 following Barnes Mill Road to Curtis Pike. Then following Curtis Pike to KY 595, then north following KY 595 to the approved territorial boundary. Bound on the west by the territorial boundary up to the Jessamine-Madison County line following the Jessamine-Madison County (Kentucky River) line to the Fayette-Jessamine County line. Bound on the north by the territorial boundary in Fayette County. Includes all service area in Fayette County.
District 3 ဣ– Bound on the north by Curtis Pike and Barnes Mill Road to Eastern Bypass, then follow Eastern Bypass to Highway 52 then follow Highway 52. Then follow Highway 52 to the approved territorial boundary. Bound on the east, south and west by the approved territorial boundary.
District 4 💫– This district includes all service area in Mercer County. It includes the service area in Jessamine County south of a line starting at the Woodford–Jessamine County line, then following Keene-Troy Road to McCauley Road to U.S. 68 to Wilmore Road, then following East Maple Street to Sulphur Well to Chrisman Mill Road. The boundary then follows Chrisman Mill to Hunter’s Ferry to the Jessamine-Madison County Line.
District 5 🌠– Includes all service area in Jessamine County north of a line starting at the Woodford-Jessamine County line, following Keene-Troy Road to McCauley Road to U.S. 68 to Wilmore Road. The boundary then follows Wilmore Road to East Maple Street, following East Maple Street to Sulphur Well to Chrisman Mill Road to Hunter’s Ferry Road to the Jessamine-Madison County line.
District 6 🦂– This district includes the service area in Anderson County south of a line starting at the Anderson–Shelby County line, then follow Pigeon Fork Road to Avenstoke Road, then follow Avenstoke Road to Alton Station Road, then follow Alton Station Road to Highway 151, then follow Highway 151 to U.S. 127, then follow U.S. 127 north to the Franklin–Anderson County line, then follow the Franklin–Anderson County line to the Kentucky River. It includes all service area in Woodford County south of U.S. 62. It includes all service area in the counties of Spencer, Nelson and Washington.
District 7 ꩲ– This district includes all service area in the counties of Franklin, Shelby and Henry. It includes the service area in Anderson County north of a line starting at the Anderson–Shelby County line, then follows Pigeon Fork Road to Avenstoke Road, then follow Avenstoke Road to Alton Station Road, then follow Alton Station Road to Highway 151, then follow Highway 151 to U.S. 127, then follow U.S. 127 north to the Franklin–Anderson County line. It includes all service area in Woodford County north of U.S. 62.
District 8 🌊– Includes all service area in Grant, Pendleton, Bracken, Robertson, Nicholas, and Bourbon County.
