This house was designed by DRN Architects is located in the Andean Foothills far from the city, which is designed not for family but for a site that is very hard man. Topographic site but was interrupted by a 36M × 8 horizontal plane running north-south to the slopes. Produce a stable platform and continuous surface area that includes the living room, a terrace, a pavilion, a terrace and swimming pool, which occupies the entire length.

Heavy surface terrace, raised 70cm above the platform level, determined by the basic pre-existing hawthorn tree. Pavilion is a glass under the roof light, dark, almost empty of glass which looks across to the foot of the hill, deep valleys, pine trees and space to get out, take in every field to offer plain vision.

Contemporary Luxuries Modern House design by Agraz Arquitectos. This house called Casa N and located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This house is very comfortable with all the luxury and elegant sensation. This house is built with a beautiful courtyard garden surrounding it. This courtyard also makes the house feel so fresh and natural. On the ground floor the kitchen, dinging room and family room are located. Three bedrooms are located on the third level but they still have great relationship with outdoor areas through the terrace. The basement levels consist of garage, services, game room, and stairway which connect the whole rooms. The most interesting one is the stair design.

Hermina villa located on the plains at the edge of sloping CernIn, Czech Republic, took the same slope to the internal to the floor. Interior layout is based on alternating straight and sloping floor surfaces that create the spiraling character determines the overall interior and exterior of the building.

This modern house designed by Dane Design Australia.This is a minimalist house with great interior, the central core of the building was a large open plan living room and it was divided into regions with a clear function of the west side to accommodate the children bedroom, living room, bathroom and a game / TV room.This achieved a connection with others in the space but enabled the different activities to seem slightly separate which has proved very beneficial when the house is at capacity. Cantilevered framed structures anchored to the site with monolithic limestone walls and the combination of timber and stone is used to soften and relax the harder geometry of the building.
