The project conducted by the canadian designer Karim Rashid and the coincidence concept of sustainable modular home design. Milan Design Week 2010 a project called ‘Smart-ologic Corian® Living’ was presented.  The interior of this home has a futuristic look, soft organic shapes of walls and furniture, and modern appliances. It includes a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a living room. The photovoltaic modules of DuPont, integrated into the roof, create environmentally-sustainable energy. All the lighting is LED for efficiency and low energy consumption and the radiant floors are powered by solar generated energy.

Chose the style of the theme of the interior better not only because followed tren, but indeed was adapted to personal appetite. Tren mode clothes possibly still could be followed, because we could change him every day, but were not like this his matter with the interior of a house. The quite effective method was to ask itself and the family in the house, the style and the theme what was appropriate to be applied.

The typical characteristics of the family will influence the style and the theme of the interior that was chosen. For example, occupants who liked peace possibly more tended to choose the theme of the blue colour, whereas active occupants and liked the warmth more chose the theme of the design of the clear interior. In the meantime, the family that held firm the regional culture will be harmonious with the ethnic style, whereas the family that that was practical could be more leant towards the simple modern style, minimalis (like the picture of the interior above) than the classic style that put forward luxury and elegance. The application of the theme and the style this will be very good if being felt the pass for penghuni. if not, occupants will possibly feel not comfortable
