The house white oak floors along the walls with gypsum board and ceiling painted white. Inside, the living, dining room, kitchen area curved, open wooden structure painted bright white.A corridor along the north elevation connecting living room with two bedrooms.Ikea package used for the kitchen. This is a Apartment House by Formwerkz Architects,located in Seletar Estate, Singapore, This apartment has 1000 square meters of Gross Floor Area and 1190 square meters of site area. this house was finished in march 2009

Family and lifestyle patterns have changed throughout times, however sometimes it’s good to keep traditional patterns in modern lifestyles. Singaporean practice Formwerkz Architects has completed such a contemporary house in Seletar Estate, Singapore where the idea of cluster living “apartments” with open communal spaces was devised for the multi-generation families living under one roof.
