Virtual Energy Assessment, our online Energy Analysis - 

The first step in understanding your energy usage is completing our online energy analysis. This is very simple and only takes a few minutes. The online energy analysis will show you how energy is being used in your home and give you recommendations to lower energy consumption. You will also receive an LED light bulb ($10 value) by completing the Virtual Energy Assessment.  
 

In-Home Energy Analysis

If your questions remain unanswered after your online analysis, one of our professional energy advisors are available to come to your home to perform an on-site analysis. They inspect the likely suspects – your insulation, windows,  ductwork, water heater, or any other place you think might be troublesome – and will give you recommendations that can make your home more comfortable and your energy bill lower. Blue Grass Energy Advisors have the tools necessary to find issues. They have blower doors and infrared cameras to better identify points of air leakage. Most of the time, these home improvements are as simple as caulking around windows and light fixtures or adding an extra layer of insulation – inexpensive solutions that you can do yourself and will save you money in the long run. Sometimes, these improvements are eligible for a rebate under our energy efficiency programs.
