The project conducted by the canadian designer Karim Rashid and the coincidence concept of sustainable modular home design. Milan Design Week 2010 a project called ‘Smart-ologic Corian® Living’ was presented.  The interior of this home has a futuristic look, soft organic shapes of walls and furniture, and modern appliances. It includes a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a living room. The photovoltaic modules of DuPont, integrated into the roof, create environmentally-sustainable energy. All the lighting is LED for efficiency and low energy consumption and the radiant floors are powered by solar generated energy.

Casa Son Vida is a luxury villa on the Island of Mallorca, approximately 15 minutes outside Palma de Mallorca. Casa Son Vida was built is filled with futuristic style,Although seen simple but interior is very luxurious with curved walls of the room and it looks very much alive with shades of white.

Dutch designer Marcel Wanders has designed the interior of a private villa on the island of Mallorca, Spain. The round and square shapes, soft blobs and and new antiques create a unity of the architecture and the interior design.

A mix of traditional and modern references is visible throughout the villa, from the classic profiled wall lining the curved space to the newly custom designed cupboards in straight lines. All aspects of the space and dimensions are played with by using relief and contrasting smooth surfaces, creating a unique atmosphere.

This is the modern interior contained in the duplex  Penthouse. This apartment has a stunning diagonal angle position with dramatic views of downtown San Francisco. In this apartment there are two zones. A zone in the dark, coated with natural materials – walnut panels and seats upholstered in blue mohair – define the entry, stairs and second floor of the pool / guest room.
